How soon will the shipment arrive?

You can expect to receive your goods delivered to you within 3-10 working days from the day of order unless specified otherwise in our website.

Is assembly service provided?

Installation assembly service is not provided in general. All products can be "DIY" easily. 

However, there are some product which we provide free assembly service due to the complexity of the installation. Products that is given assembly service will be listed in their description.
